I’m a content strategist and customer education leader dedicated to helping great companies explain what their products do and how to use them well.

Most recently, I’ve been leading content operations for Filigran Academy, the education platform behind Filigran’s open-source cybersecurity tools. Before Filigran, I worked on content strategy and developer education for teams at Google, Meta, and JPMorgan Chase. Across these roles, I’ve translated complex technical systems into clear documentation, educational videos, and product messaging. I’ve also helped organizations move beyond reactive documentation toward structured content systems that scale with the product.

Over time, my work has evolved from writing content to designing the systems behind it. I’m interested in how content supports product adoption, how teams scale education as products grow more complex, and how signals from customers can guide what we teach next. Recently, that has included experimenting with AI systems that analyze customer questions and help prioritize new learning content.

Outside of work, I write fiction and spend a lot of time thinking about storytelling in different forms. In an old life, I worked in art criticism, and you can read some selected pieces of mine here
